• Provide, maintain, and improve Bass Space

• Display your profile and content to other users based on your privacy settings

We do not sell your personal information.

Your profile information and user content may be visible to other Bass Space users based on your privacy settings. You can control who sees your events and activity through the app's privacy controls.

• Service providers — third-party services that help us operate Bass Space (e.g., Supabase for authentication and data storage)
• Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Safety — when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Bass Space, our users, or the public

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, user content, and associated data. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information through your profile and settings
• Update your account information at any time
• Delete your account and associated data through Settings
• Control your privacy settings to manage who can see your activity

Bass Space is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

Your continued use of Bass Space after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
