Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bass Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bass Space after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bass Space. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use Bass Space for any unlawful purpose
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

Bass Space allows you to log events, add venues, create sets, and contribute other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant Bass Space a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

The Bass Space name, logo, and app design are the property of Bass Space and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Artist names, venue names, and event information displayed in the app are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

Bass Space relies on third-party services including Supabase for authentication and data storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Bass Space is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Event information, venue details, and set times displayed in the app are user-contributed and may not be accurate. Always verify details with official sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bass Space and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bass Space in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bass Space at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account feature in Settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
